Admission Procedure
- At Sneha Deepam Matriculation Higher Secondary School, we welcome students who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute positively to the school community. Our admission process is transparent, student-friendly, and ensures that every child receives equal opportunity.
Enquiry & Application
Parents/Guardians may visit the school office or contact us through phone/email to
collect the admission form.
Submission of Application
The filled-in application form along with required documents must be submitted within
the stipulated date.
Interaction/Assessment
For Kindergarten and Primary classes, students may undergo a simple interaction.
For higher classes, a written test/academic assessment may be conducted.
Confirmation
Selected students will be notified, and admission must be confirmed by paying
the prescribed fees within the given deadline.
Orientation
Parents and students will be oriented about school rules, uniform, and academic calendar after confirmation of admission.
Eligibility Criteria
Pre-KG Minimum age 2½ years at the time of admission.
LKG Minimum age 3 years.
UKG Minimum age 4 years.
Class I onwards: Admission is based on the completion of the previous class
in a recognized institution along with submission of Transfer Certificate.
