Enquiry & Application

Parents/Guardians may visit the school office or contact us through phone/email to
collect the admission form.

Submission of Application

The filled-in application form along with required documents must be submitted within
the stipulated date.

Interaction/Assessment

For Kindergarten and Primary classes, students may undergo a simple interaction.
For higher classes, a written test/academic assessment may be conducted.

Confirmation

Selected students will be notified, and admission must be confirmed by paying
the prescribed fees within the given deadline.

Orientation

Parents and students will be oriented about school rules, uniform, and academic calendar after confirmation of admission.

Eligibility Criteria

Pre-KG Minimum age 2½ years at the time of admission.

LKG Minimum age 3 years.

UKG Minimum age 4 years.

Class I onwards: Admission is based on the completion of the previous class
in a recognized institution along with submission of Transfer Certificate.

Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy)

Transfer Certificate (for students joining from other schools)

Community Certificate (if applicable)

Recent Passport Size Photographs of Student (4 copies)

Aadhaar Card Copy (of Student & Parents)

Progress Report/Mark Sheet (for admission to higher classes)

Withdrawal Policy

Parents seeking withdrawal of their ward must submit a written application
to the Principal at least one month in advance.

All dues, including tuition fees and library fines (if any), must be cleared before
the Transfer Certificate (T.C.) is issued.

Transfer Certificates will be issued only after clearance of accounts and upon
formal approval from the school authorities.

In case of mid-year withdrawal, fees paid will not be refunded.

The school reserves the right to cancel admission/withdraw a student
on grounds of indiscipline, repeated absence without information,
or violation of school rules.
